Таким образом, концептуальные фантазии станут предпосылка­ми к возникновению новых практических рациональных задач и раз­работок в области конструкций, материаловедения, инженерного обо­рудования, техники для реализации и функционирования новых идей.

Современная ландшафтная архитектура создается, прежде все­го, для людей. В её основу ложится рациональная организация жиз­ненного пространства, а дизайн и озеленение основываются на обра­зах, дающих положительный эмоциональный настрой. Здесь порой при­чудливо переплетаются элементы различных исторических традиций, рациональный прагматизм и концептуальные фантазии.

AFTER BOLOGNA DECLARATION - STUDYING ARCHITECTURE AT THE UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES

the members of the European Union wanted to create a comparable system of the higher level education.

Europe is heading for a period of major change in education and working conditions. The diversification of professional careers, with

education and training throughout life is becoming a clear obligation.

We owe our students, and our society at large, a higher education system in which they are given the best opportunities to seek and find their own area of excellence.

An open European space for higher level learning carries a lot of positive perspectives. By respecting our diversities, it is necessity to remove barriers, to develop a framework for teaching and learning, which should enhance mobility and a closer cooperation.

In the Bologna declaration, the ministers outline the following objectives:

*  adoption of a system of clear and comparable degrees, including the adoption of a "Diploma Supplement";

*  adoption of a system based on two main cycles "undergraduate" and "graduate";

*  establishment of a system of credits (ECTS - European Credit Transfer System) in the mind of promoting student mobility;

*  promotion of mobility by overcoming obstacles to the effective exercise of free movement;

*  promotion of European cooperation in quality assurance; and

*  promotion of common European patterns in higher education.

In this way the Bologna declaration has changed the way of thinking about teaching at my university. Changing from the Diploma Engineer to the Bachelor and Master system, has caused a very deep chang in the structure of our education.
